In order to find the tracking number, log in to your AliExpress account and navigate to "My Orders".
Locate your order and click on "View Detail" next to the Order ID. Under "Logistics Information" you will find your tracking number.
Please note: the Order ID is not your tracking number and can't be used for shipment tracking!
Copy your tracking number following the instruction above and paste it into the field at the top of this page.
Shipping duration depends on various factors, like: shipping method, destination country, time of purchase (orders during the 11.11 Global Shopping Festival, Black Friday, Christmas Time or the Chinese New Year tend to take longer) so there's no way to give a definite answer to that question.
Best way to estimate the shipping time is to check the "Estimated Delivery" date on the product page that will be based on your settings. This is not a guaranteed delivery date though and should be treated carefully. However, the AliExpress Buyer Protection allows you to open a dispute with the seller if your order has not arrived within 60 days and ask for a refund.
After successful payment, the seller has quite some time to prepare the shipment. You will see a countdown of the shipping time on your Order Detail page which shows how much time is left. If the seller fails to send out the parcel in the required time, AliExpress will close the order and return your money. Usually, sellers are pretty quick in sending out ordered goods as it's also in their interest for you to receive the package in a timely manner.
In order to check your order status, log in to your AliExpress account and navigate to "My Orders". Find your order and check the "Order Status" column in the overview. If the status says "Awaiting Shipment", it means that the item has not been shipped yet. If it says "Awaiting Delivery", this means that the order has been shipped and you can copy the tracking code and paste it into the field at the top of this page to track it.
